Agricultural Law and Business Law in the Central Washington Area are our specialties. Our bankruptcy, collection and debtor-creditor experience is a record of success and experience in cases from one hundred to $100 million dollars.

We are first negotiators of large business workouts and difficult commercial and business contracts. We combine tax, drafting and industry expertise for both creditors and debtors in solving the problem. While we have extensive experience in business litigation in both State and Federal courts, we always work toward a cost-effective settlement out of court.

As the Washington State Bar Association Agricultural Law chairman I am actively involved in the issues and changes in this specialized practice area.
